tata ace mega

I have been using this vehicle last 3 years, The gear shifting ratio is very bad, this is a sensor magement vehicle. 1 st gear alocation is 13 km maximum. The problem is, when we drive with load in hill area. we cant drive smoothly compaired to same segment vechille. So i cant take this kind of order. and one more difect is this vehicle is no power stearing , with load this is very difficlt to drive .
