AMW is one of the market leaders amongst the heavy-duty commercial vehicles in India. 4923 TR is the highest payload load-bearing truck from the AMW fleet. It can transports goods up to 36310 kg. The GVW of this superb award-winning long-haul heavy-duty truck is 44 tonnes, and its kerb weight is 7690 kg. Powering the 4923 TR is a BS-III compliant CuMmins DI – Turbo-Charged after Cooled mill delivering a massive 235bhp @ 2500rpm maximum power and 836Nm @ 1500rpm peak torque. The transmission duties in this HCV is carried out by 9-speed manual transmission gearbox which helps it to attain a top speed of 60 kmph. It remains equipped with a huge 400-litre fuel tank.
Since its foundation, AMW is known in the commercial vehicle industry as the manufacturer of heavy-duty trucks and tippers with massive power delivery. Among all the vehicles in its fleet, AMW 2528 TP shows the highest power delivery of 267 bhp. Beating at the heart of this tipper is a BS-III compliant CuMmins DI – Turbo-Charged after Cooled 6700cc engine churning out a mammoth 267bhp @ 2500rpm and a peak torque of 970Nm @ 1200-1700rpm. The mill remains mated to a 9-speed manual transmission gearbox which can deliver a maximum speed of 74 kmph. The reliable performance of 2528 TP had made it one of the favourite tippers among transporters.
