Indian tyre manufacturer, CEAT, has come up with its new X3 series for trucks in India. This series is touted as a highly durable version of tyres by the company. It has claimed to be able to reduce the operational costs significantly for truck owners in the country. The series has 5 versions of tyres, named the WinLoad X3-D, WinMile X3-D, WinSuper X3-D, Mile XL X3-R and the Rock Max X3.
The company records that the creation of the X3 series has been supplemented by the requirement for durable tyres that are cost effective as well. The series consists of three radial tyres and two bias tyres.
The series was launched by Arnab Banerjee, Chief Operating Officer, CEAT at a gala event held in Mumbai. In a statement, Amit Tolani, VP, Marketing, CEAT, said, “We are pleased to announce the launch of our new range of truck tyres, CEAT X3 series in India. With this, we hope to create a new benchmark in the truck radial space.
With India’s growing infrastructure creating demand for tyres that run at higher speeds, higher loads and lower cost of running; CEAT’s X3 range fulfills this demand with higher mileage, higher loadability and provides high cost efficiency.”
